Boutique Manager.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Boutique Manager to join a beautiful fragrance store in their Flagship London Boutique.

The Boutique Manager will be responsible for:

• Creating, developing and managing a successful retail team.
• Delivering excellence in customer service, through selling skills, storytelling and experiences.
• Drive retail sales in order to achieve agreed weekly, monthly & annual targets.
• Manage month end processes to ensure everything Is completed on time and in full. Etc. Stock ordering, Staff hours to payroll, Banking.
• Preparing a weekly business update, highlighting opportunities and challenges and future business requirements.
• Managing the retail team rota, within guidelines & budget also ensuring hours are submitted to payroll on time.
• Drive and maintain an accurate CRM database for the store.
• Partner with the Leadership Team to leverage product, marketing & education assets, to achieve objectives.
